01 — Why the human constraint exists
The regulation that makes climate control mandatory.
Italian workplace-safety law (D.Lgs. 81/08, Allegato IV, 1.9) requires the temperature of work premises to suit the human body during working hours. In a certified robot-only environment with no continuous human presence, that specific obligation does not apply — leaving only occasional-maintenance safety, a different problem.

What this tool is not.
It is a visibility/marketing configurator for order-of-magnitude estimates, not consultancy accurate to the cent. FANUC is cited as proof the concept is buildable — the configurator’s numbers come from the generic sources above, not from FANUC. Targeted conditioning of cabinets and battery packs is always kept in the calculation and never zeroed out.
